We love Fairy Tales because in the magical world of Fairy Tales, anything can happen.

Dragons are slain, princes are rescuing heroes on white horses, poor maidens become princesses, fairies are your friends and evil is overcome.

The real world is different. It is broken and groaning. Wars are fought. Greed and power seem to overcome good. Corruption is rife. Rape, women and child abuse are prolific and hatred speaks louder than love.

Praying As We Parent

My baby is 2 years old and she has been a wonderful addition to our family. Like any first time parents we are enamoured by her. We could probably map out every day of her short life in photos that we have taken almost daily since she was born. We marvel at the glory of God in creation as we watch her grow and develop.

Forever Family

I was so excited to be going to my new home with my new family who had chosen to love me and make me part of them. I now have my own testimony of God’s grace and salvation in my life. As I look back, I can see God’s hand and how He was caring and protecting me. My identity is Mika Hope Johnson – I am half Coloured, half Indian and completely White. But it is God’s adoption of me that has given me my true identity.
